Meet Brenda Harrington

Level Three Reiki Master Teacher, Thai Bodyworker, Reflexologist, Meditation Specialist and Yoga Instructor

Brenda is a Level III Reiki Master in the Usui lineage and a Reiki Master in the Kundalini and Holy Fire lineages.  A 300 hour certified hand and foot Reflexologist and a Level II Thai Bodyworker.  Additionally Brenda is a 300 hour EYT Yoga Instructor specializing in Restorative Yoga with Reiki, and she formally owned a yoga studio in her hometown. 

Her Reiki services include personalized healing treatments and training/certifications for levels of Reiki up to the Master Teacher level.  She offers these trainings one on one, in a classroom setting and at various Yoga studios throughout Massachusetts.

Her Reflexology and Thai Bodywork sessions are customized to meet the client’s needs and she is dedicated to relieving people of physical pain and the cumulative and profound effects of stress.

Brenda is a great believer in self-care, self-love and self-compassion. She believes that we all should be mindful about our needs for healing every day whether physically, emotionally or mentally. She finds joy and healing in her offerings through the positive and often profound connection and energy exchange between herself and her clients. Her practice is mainly based on the foundational principle of loving kindness and compassion. She always invites her clients to receive her treatments with an open heart and open mind, facilitating the healing process to occur naturally with compassion and trust.

Her services are offered out of her home, at her Spa in Dedham and at various venues throughout Massachusetts.

All services can be combined at a cost of $75.00 for a 60 minute treatment.
